Spent my Christmas weekend at a hotel and it was fabulous! The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering exceptional service. The food was great, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of a shopping and entertainment district. Additionally, the hotel provided many amenities such as room service, free WiFi and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
Although the overall experience was excellent, the only downside I would say is that the front desk did not offer assistance with luggage during check-in. That would have made the arrival just a tad better. The other small miss was with the room cleaning, there was still dust left in some key areas. But all in all, it was still a great stay and a good value for the price.

Spent New Year's at a hotel and had a great time. the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I appreciated the room amenities, especially the tea and coffee maker and continental breakfast. the food was great with a good variety of dishes. the hotel was located in a convenient area near many attractions.
the cleanliness of the room could have been better.

We recently stayed at a hotel and found the location to be very convenient for our needs. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and cooperative, and even went out of their way to address any concerns we had. the breakfast was unlimited, and we enjoyed the amenities provided such as the TV and WiFi.
We did notice some lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the coffee table, which had a lump of dust and dirt on it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. The location is also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
